As per the 2019 data,15,19,375 students across the country appeared for NEET which is 14.52% increae from NEET 2018, the competitive exam, for 62, 000+ MBBS and 32,000+ BDS seats available across various oolleges In the country.

The NEET 2019 cut off score for General category candidates out of total marks 720 is 134 marks . And 107 is the cutoff for OBC/SC/ST. The NEET cut off score marks range for general category candidates is 701-134. NEET result 2019 to be the basis for admission to nearly 95000 MBBS and BDS in offered in Government and Private medical and dental colleges across India except for AIIMS and JIPMER as these two institutions are not in NEET ambit.
NEET result is the basis for admission to seats under All India Quota (15%) and State quota (85%). The admission under 15% will be done through centralized counselling conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
